This conversation took place a year or so ago while I was spending some time with my then 5 yr old god daughter.
Adult: What do you want for your birthday?
Child: A Wii
Adult: Ok, but you already have a lot of toys. Where are you going to put a Wii?
Child: I can have a garage sale and sell my toys…but you have to help me, I am not that good with money.

Child: Is Grandma African American?
Adult: Yes.

This conversation took place between my son and my co-worker. We were dropping my co-worker off at her home. She is slightly overweight and lives in a small rambler.
Child: Ms. Vicki, where’s your room.
Adult: The one with the red curtains.
Child: Hmm, how do you fit in there?
