This convo took place between me and my 8yr old son. Where his mother is from, “booyah” is a bad word.
Adult: I know you think it’s funny, but I want you to stop saying the word BOOYAH.
Child: Why?
Adult: Because it upsets your mother.
Child: But why?
Adult: Because it’s a bad word.
Child: OH… okay. So… I guess I can’t say sh*t or motherf*cker either, huh dad?
